Six Step Process

Step 1	Complete the Soul Search Spiral – share with family and friends and refine the spiral using as many iterations as needed – uncovering specific areas of strengths and interests
Step 2	Understand the Social Problem Framework
Step 3	Audit a local community or a country and identify challenges using the framework
Step 4	Work with a Coach and Mentor to design an initiative aligning student's interests with an actual need
Step 5	Find Sponsors – individual donors or corporations and implement the initiative
Step 6	Graduate and become coaches
